Daily Time Clock Software: Easy Automation
Posted by admin on October 21st, 2008
Time and attendance of employees are monitored and tracked in many ways. In fact, there are a number of time clocks systems which can be bought from the market.
Some companies still use the paper and pencil approach to logging time and attendance in the company. This is considered to be a cheap and inexpensive means to clocking. Others use the punch clock where employees use the paper card which they would need to insert in the clock so that there time will be logged. Other companies use a more modern approach in clocking where magnetic cards are swiped in the system. Some even use the biometrics time, where a finger scan matching the employee will trigger information and thus time to be logged.
As for the getting the right system, this can be done by identifying first what the company requirements and needs are. This will make sure that important points in the company are considered by the system which will be acquired.
